Setting Staff Availability

1. Access the Staff Section

    1. Go to the > Staff section in the left panel.

2. Select the Staff Member

    1. Choose the staff member for whom you want to set availability.

3. Navigate to the Availability Tab

    1. Click on the Availability tab at the top of the page.

4. Set Availability for Each Day

    1. For each day (Monday to Saturday), click Add Hours or adjust the existing hours.
    2. Enter the start and end times for availability (e.g., 08:00 - 18:00).
    3. Mark as Unavailable if the staff member is not working on that day.

5. Add or Remove Hours

    1. Use the + Add more hours button to add additional time slots.
    2. Click Remove to delete unwanted time slots.

6. Save Changes

    1. Click Save Changes to update the staff member’s availability.
    2. Use Cancel to discard any unsaved changes.
