Adding Notes to a Payer

1. Access the Payer Section

    1. Go to the > Payer section in the left panel.

2. Select the Payer

    1. Click on the Payer for which you want to add a note.

3. Navigate to the Notes Tab

    1. Click on the Notes tab at the top of the page.

4. Add a New Note

    1. Click the + Add Note button located above the table on the right side.
    2. In the Add Note pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
      1. Subject: Enter the subject of the note.
      2. Body: Enter the body content of the note.

5. Save the Note

    1. Click Save on the bottom right of the pop-up window.
    2. The new note will appear in the notes table.
