Inactivating an Authorized Service

1. Access the Client Section

  • Go to the > Client section in the left panel.

2. Select the Client

  • Choose the client whose authorized service you want to inactivate.

3. Navigate to the Authorization Tab

  • Click on the Authorization tab at the top of the client's page.

4. Select the Authorization

  • Find the specific authorization that contains the authorized service you want to inactivate.

5. Locate the Authorized Service to Inactivate

  • Under the Authorized Services section, find the service you want to inactivate.

6. Inactivate the Authorized Service

  • Click the Inactivate button in the Action column next to the authorized service.

7. Confirm Inactivation

  • In the Deactivate Authorized Service modal:

    • Reason for Deactivation: Provide a reason for inactivating the service.

    • Click Deactivate to proceed or Cancel to abort.

8. Review Inactivated Service

  • The authorized service will now be:

    • Marked as inactive

    • Cannot be used to create new appointments
