Adding Staff Paycodes

1. Access the Staff Section

    1. Go to the > Staff section in the left panel.

2. Select the Staff Member

    1. Choose the staff member to whom you would like to add paycodes.

3. Navigate to the Paycodes Tab

    1. Click on the Paycodes tab at the top of the page.

4. Add a New Paycode

    1. Click on the + Add Paycode button located above the table on the right side.
      1. The Add New Paycode pop-up window will appear.

5. Fill in the Paycode Details

    1. Complete the following fields
      1. Paycode Name: Choose a paycode name set by your organization.
      2. Rate: Enter the rate the staff member will be paid for this paycode.
      3. Start Date: Enter the start date for this paycode

6. Save the Paycode

    1. Click Add at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

7. View the New Paycode

    1. The newly added paycode will appear in the paycodes table for the selected staff member.
