Adding Staff Paycodes
1. Access the Staff Section

- Go to the > Staff section in the left panel.
2. Select the Staff Member

- Choose the staff member to whom you would like to add paycodes.
3. Navigate to the Paycodes Tab

- Click on the Paycodes tab at the top of the page.
4. Add a New Paycode

- Click on the + Add Paycode button located above the table on the right side.
- The Add New Paycode pop-up window will appear.

5. Fill in the Paycode Details

- Complete the following fields
- Paycode Name: Choose a paycode name set by your organization.
- Rate: Enter the rate the staff member will be paid for this paycode.
- Start Date: Enter the start date for this paycode

6. Save the Paycode

- Click Add at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
7. View the New Paycode

- The newly added paycode will appear in the paycodes table for the selected staff member.
