Deleting Payer Notes

1. Access the Payer Section

    1. Go to the > Payer section in the left panel.

2. Select the Payer

    1. Choose the Payer whose notes you want to delete.

3. Navigate to the Notes Tab

    1. Click on the Notes tab at the top of the page.

4. Delete the Note

    1. Find the note you want to delete in the notes table and click on the red trashcan icon to the right of it.

5. Confirm Deletion

    1. Click Delete on the confirmation pop-up window. The note will be removed from the notes table.
