Editing Payer Notes

1. Access the Payer Section

    1. Go to the > Payer section in the left panel.

2. Select the Payer

    1. Choose the Payer whose notes you want to edit.

3. Navigate to the Notes Tab

    1. Click on the Notes tab at the top of the page.

4. Edit the Note

    1. Find the note you want to edit in the notes table and click on the blue pencil icon to the right of it.

5. Update the Fields

    1. Edit the Subject and/or Body fields as needed.

6. Save Changes

    1. Click Save to apply the changes. The updated note will reflect in the notes table.
