Editing Payer Notes
1. Access the Payer Section

- Go to the > Payer section in the left panel.
2. Select the Payer

- Choose the Payer whose notes you want to edit.
3. Navigate to the Notes Tab

- Click on the Notes tab at the top of the page.
4. Edit the Note
-
- Find the note you want to edit in the notes table and click on the blue pencil icon to the right of it.
5. Update the Fields
-
- Edit the Subject and/or Body fields as needed.
6. Save Changes

- Click Save to apply the changes. The updated note will reflect in the notes table.
