Adding Session Notes

1. Access the Client Section

  • Go to the > Client section in the left panel.

2. Select the Client

  • Choose the client for whom you want to add a session note.

3. Navigate to the Notes Tab

  • Click on the Notes tab at the top of the client's page.

4. Select the Note Type

  • Set the Note Type dropdown to Session Notes

5. Add a New Note

  • Click the + Add Note button on the top right

6. Fill in the Note Details

  • In the Add Session Note modal:

    • Appointment: Select the appointment linked to the session note.

    • Subject

    • Body

7. Save the Note

  • Click Add to save the session note. It will appear grouped under the corresponding appointment.
