Adding Client Notes

1. Access the Client Section

  • Go to the > Client section in the left pane.

2. Select the Client

  • Choose the client for whom you want to add a note.

3. Navigate to the Notes Tab

  • Click on the Notes tab at the top of the client's page.

4. Select the Note Type

  • Make sure the Note Type dropdown is set to Client Notes.

5. Add a New Note

  • Click the + Add Note button on the top right.

6. Fill in the Note Details

  • In the Add Note modal, fill in the required fields:

    • Subject

    • Body

7. Save the Note

  • Click Add to save the note.

8. View the Note

  • The newly added note will appear in the Notes table below.
